Billet en avance utile, mais plus cher que vente direct. Application… impossible de telecharger notre billet. Audio tour de Plaka… bof… too long, didn’t listen - en anglais avec les pronunciations bizarre… utilisation de bullet dans d’autres sites que l’acropole… de soucis aussi. Pas top.

Muy bien, cogimos la excursión guiada a la Acropolis a las 8 de la mañana, estupenda y después nos fuimos directamente al museo, un acierto total, pues no pillamos colas y lo vimos bien, cuando salimos había tres veces más gente y una cola tremenda para entrar. Así que recomiendo hacerlo todo lo antes posible, por el calor y por la gente. Very good, we took the guided excursion to the Acropolis at 8 in the morning, great and then we went directly to the museum, a total success, because we did not catch queues and we saw it well, when we left there were three times as many people and a tremendous queue to enter. Se cambió el punto de encuentro y no se siguió la ruta detallada, comenzamos por los jardines y finalizamos en el Ágora Romana. Por los comentarios vistos debe haber sido una excepción. No pasamos por el Ágora de Atenas, ni por el Templo de Zeus por ejemplo. De los free tours más flojillos que hemos realizado. De todas formas se agradece el paseo y el esfuerzo del guía que con la práctica seguro que mejora en sus explicaciones.

The meeting point was changed and the detailed route was not followed, we started in the gardens and ended at the Roman Agora. From the comments seen it must have been an exception. We did not go through the Agora of Athens, nor the Temple of Zeus for example. One of the weakest free tours we have done. In any case, we appreciate the walk and the effort of the guide who, with practice, will surely improve in his explanations.

AL MUSEO LE FALTA MUCHA INFORMACION, NO HAY AUDIO GUIA Y TAMPOCO CODIGOS DE LECTURA, HAY MEJORES MUSEOS Y MAS ECONOMICOS EN ATENAS, ESTE ES MUY COSTOSO Y LA POCA INFORMACION SOLO ESTA EN UN IDIOMA.

THE MUSEUM LACKS A LOT OF INFORMATION, THERE IS NO AUDIO GUIDE AND NO READING CODES. THERE ARE BETTER AND CHEAPER MUSEUMS IN ATHENS, THIS ONE IS VERY EXPENSIVE AND THE LITTLE INFORMATION IS ONLY IN ONE LANGUAGE.

La audioguía no funcionó, ni en inglés ni en castellano, el código para el audio no era válido. El Whatsapp de soporte de Civitatis daba error, por lo que contacte con el proveedor de la audioguía y finalmente me facilitaron un nuevo código que tampoco funciono, me pidieron capturas de pantalla y aún sigo esperando respuesta desde ayer. Muy descontento con el servicio.

The audio guide didn't work, either in English or Spanish; the code for the audio was invalid. The Civitatis support WhatsApp message gave an error, so I contacted the audio guide provider, and they finally gave me a new code, which also didn't work. They asked for screenshots, and I'm still waiting for a response since yesterday. I'm very unhappy with the service.
