La excursión estuvo muy bien, muy completa. Lo único mejorable es que el tiempo que se dedica a Nafplio es insuficiente para todo lo que se puede hacer allí. Debes elegir entre pasear y hacer alguna compra o subir a la fortaleza. Lo mismo sucedió en Epidauro: hicimos una fotos en el teatro y nos quedamos sin tiempo para ver el santuario de Asklepios. The tour was very good and comprehensive. The only thing that could be improved is that the time spent in Nafplio isn't enough to cover everything there is to see. Da tiempo de ver perfectamente los puntos de interés con lo q implica un Tour organizado. En la visita a Nauplia tienes 1h 1/2 con lo cual se puede picar algo, visitar algunas tiendas y dar un paseo. Los puntos arqueológicos valen la pena. Hay q tener en cuenta q la guía no habla nada de español pero con la audioguia en los sitios arqueológicos te apañas, asi q es interesante llevar la historia de Corinto y Nauplia leida para que sepáis donde vais.

La actividad fue correcta, pero esperas por la forma en que se comercializa la actividad que haya guía en castellano y no es así, la guía es en inglés. Poco tiempo en los diferentes lugares, sobre todo en Nauplía, que merece más tiempo. También hay cierto descontrol en los tiempos de espera mientras estás ya en el autobús, habiendo esperado 20 minutos extra en una parada y 10 en otra a personas que no han atendido a las indicaciones de la guía, esto ha afectado al resto de clientes.

The activity was fine, but you expect, given the way the activity is marketed, that there would be a Spanish-speaking guide, but that's not the case; the guide is in English. There was little time at the various locations, especially in Nafplio, which deserves more time. There was also some disorganization in waiting times while on the bus. We had to wait 20 minutes extra at one stop and 10 minutes at another for people who didn't heed the guide's instructions, which affected other customers.

La actividad solo incluye un guía que habla exclusivamente lengua inglesa. Te recomiendan que te descargues una app de escasa utilidad en tu idioma español. Las entradas a Micenas (20€) y Epidauro (20€) no están incluidas en el tour. Precios abusivos cercanos a la zona de entrada: una botella de agua por ejemplo 5€. Preguntar antes. Si no te interesa la actividad no hay zonas de descanso refrigeradas en Micenas para resguardarse del sol en pleno Agosto. Una tour desaprovechado y no recomendable.

En el bono decía que la actividad era en español, no fue asi la guía solo hablaba inglés., con lo cual me quede sin la explicación de las lugares que vimos , un horror. Ella dice que no sabia nada y le creo como creo en todas las personas que me respondieron los mensajes ,, lo que si creo es que el profesional que tenia que dividir los grupos por idiomas , de equivoco, esto en una empresa de servicios es mortal, no quiero pensar que lo haya con alevosía para ahorrar en una guía. Horrible!!!!

La excursión muy chula y muy interesante. Lugares preciosos y llenos de historia. El problema es que la excursión de 10 horas se convirtió en una excursión de 8 horas. Eso implicó que en cada lugar, tuviésemos que ir corriendo y sin poder disfrutar como es debido. Media hora más en cada punto hubiese hecho la excursión más pausada y la hubiésemos podido disfrutar mejor. Lo dicho, al no cumplir el horario ofertado, no se cumplieron expectativas.

This meant we had to rush through each place and couldn't enjoy it properly. Suoerbien, la guía y el chófer son excelentes, ella lo explica todo muy bien se nota que es una apasionada de la historia, solo hay que tener cierto de nivel de inglés ya que el tour es inglés con algunos audios en español que se pueden descargar de la app que indica la compañía del tour por lo que se puede hacer de todas formas sin saber el idioma. Lo primero, la página de Civitatis no me deja seleccionar la opción de regular-mal, está manipulada porque me re dirige a la página principal sin posibilidad de opinar. Nosotros cogimos la excursión porque daba la opción de audio guía en español, y no fue así. La excursión solo entra el transporte, las entradas de los museos se pagan a parte. Un tour en inglés y nosotros íbamos con audioguía en español, la cual sólo te explicaba un par de cosas al llegar al sitio. Si no entiendes inglés, no te enteras de ninguna explicación o ni siquiera de las horas que va diciendo el guía. Creemos que el guía que nos tocó no se preocupó NADA por llevar a 2 personas de habla no inglesa en el tour. Desde luego, no volveremos a elegir esta opción.

If you don't understand English, you won't understand any of the explanations or even the time the guide is giving. We believe our guide didn't care AT ALL about having two non-English speakers on the tour. We definitely won't choose this option again.

Contraté excursión en español, el meeting point no coincidía con el indicado en la reserva y que estaba dos calles mas abajo y doblando la esquina a unos 400 ó 500 metros del punto de encuentro, además la guía era sólo de hablé inglesa. Le dije que mi pareja no sabía inglés y lo solución que me dio era que pusiera una queja formal, no me dio ninguna solución para un cambio y que no podía hacer nada. Por eso me considero engañado y sin solución adecuada. Con ésta política, no se si volveré

I booked a tour in Spanish, but the meeting point didn't match the one indicated in the reservation. It was two blocks down and around the corner, about 400 or 500 meters from the meeting point.
