All four of us really enjoyed the Walking tour with Dimitris and really learned a lot about Athens- not only the typical historical things but also some interesting and funny anecdotes. I would recommend this tour for all the People visiting Athens to get an overview of the City and an introduction to it's Story.

I strongly recommend all visitors to Athens take this walking tour. We were here for 2 full days and this allowed us to plan the spots that we wanted to revisit on the second day. What made the experience special was our guide Jimmy the Aussie Greek who made Athens come alive with his personal touches. He was passionate about the city and the country that he now calls home and he went the extra mile to ensure that our group had a special experience which we did. Thanks Jimmy and Civitatis.

Very good tour! So much information was given on the history of Athens and Greece. The tour guide was very enthusiastic and kept us all entertained. I loved every moment of it and it was great to visit all those other sites. Very helpful and would definitely recommend!

Our free walking tour with Dimitris was great, we learned a lot about the greek history and mithology. He also gave us interesting fun facts about the city and the country, always with a smile. He took us to places we would never have gone by ourselves!

It was the perfect walking tour to get the historical significance of many places and architectural sights. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable with history and religion and made us feel comfortable with our surroundings our first day here. Highly recommend!

Toni is a fantastic guide. We had a very small group, only me, my friend, another girl who joined us later, and Toni's trainee. We walked around Athens for more than 3 hours. We've learned a lot! Toni has a great knowledge about the ancient history and ability to present it in an interesting and funny way. He is also very helpful. We asked him a lot of questions about buses, directions, local food, restaurants, prices etc. and he was able to answer them all. The tour is absolutely worth it!

The tour through Athens was very well explained. Lots of historical data and mythology review explain context and we had some extra time sitted relaxing with some more interesting facts. Dimitri is an exceptional tour guide. He seems to enjoy what he does here

We truly enjoyed our tour with Dimitris. He was passionate and informative. We were a little weary because it was free but took the chance. We were totally surprised by the quality. Dimitris gave us insights to key historical sights and gave us tidbits and advise on safety. He was a gentleman, always conscientious of making sure we were not run over and keep our safety first. There are no hidden fees and no gimmicks. You will truly enjoy yourself. Please tip well, as this tour is easily worth 30

Very informative and friendly guide. However this was not a 'moderate' tour and any sufferers of vertigo should be advised of steep and narrow stairs to climb and descend. Nonetheless a very pleasant morning.
