Ha sido una pésima experiencia, nunca repetiremos con Civitatis, si te tratan así después de lo que pagamos. Éramos tres personas y Civitatis lo subcontrató a una empresa local. Inaceptable, fué la estancia en el hotel Argo Boutique en la isla de Naxos, en la que nos pusieron 2 colchonetas de piscina en un banco de cemento de obra como cama, no lo aceptamos de ninguna manera, después mucho discutir, nos pusieron una cama supletoria para la tercera persona y los del hotel nos dejaron de hablar.

It has been a terrible experience, we will never repeat with Civitatis, if they treat you like this after what we paid. We were three people and Civitatis subcontracted it to a local company. Unacceptable, it was the stay at the Argo Boutique hotel on the island of Naxos, in which they put 2 pool mats on a concrete bench as a bed, we do not accept it in any way, after much discussion, they put us a bed extra for the third person and the hotel people stopped talking to us.
