Electric Bike Tour of the Acropolis

Itinerary

The tour meets in the centre of Athens, close to the Temple of Zeus, where we'll climb on board our electric bikes, on which we'll explore the Athens Acropolis. We'll climb up to the 'high town' known as one of the most emblematic places in all Greece. From here you'll get an unbeatable panoramic view of the Partenón, Propileos, Erecteion…all the temples which make this visit more than worthwhile.

We'll pass through the Anafiotika neigbourhood, an area of quaint white houses reminiscent of island life. And we'll continue through the Roman Forum and the Agora, which dominates the Kerameikos area.

We then take a break in Plaka, the beating heart of Athens. An area which has a huge quantity of traditional Greek restaurants where you can have a coffee while you let the hustle and bustle of local life pass you by.

Then we'll return to our bikes, to take on the last part of the tour, the Panathenaic Stadium, an imposing white marble construction, which held the first Olympic games.

Requirements

You must be at least 4'9" (1.45 metres) tall to participate in this activity, as the bicycles are adapted for this height and taller.

Children under 9 years old

Children under 9 years old will do this activity in a chair attached to the bicycle.
